1- Start by heading to https://app.24trackway.com/ and logging into your account.

2- Once you’re in, navigate to the profile menu.

3- Here, you’ll want to click on ‘Profile.’

4- Next, find and select ‘Edit.’

5- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click ‘Delete your account.’

6- follow the confirmation messages and confirm the deletion

Just a heads up about what happens next with your data:

• Any personal data we’ve collected from you will be completely wiped from our records within 30 days.
• This includes any data sent from your device by any libraries or SDKs our app uses. Rest assured, this will also be deleted within the same 30-day window.
• If your data has been transferred either from our servers to a third party or to another third-party app on your device, it’s also covered under our 30-day deletion policy.
• Lastly, any data collected or transferred through a webview accessible from our app will meet the same fate – deleted within 30 days.
